"No refund received to date"

A review of The Golfing Warehouse by June Haslam written on Saturday 7th of October 2023

I purchased two golf tops at ladies golf event from Richard and Melanie Hemming. I emailed to return them within days of purchase as per their return policy. Sent by registered post to address they provided. I have signed proof of delivery. I have emailed several times for my refund giving a deadline but had no response and no refund. I have no alternative now to inform trading standards. Poor show all round..
